Bookings
When you book a service through UrbanFix, you're requesting a qualified service provider for the date, time, and address you specify. Pricing shown at the time of booking is an estimate; the provider may confirm a final price once they assess the job on-site.
Cancellations
You can cancel a booking from "My Bookings" while it's still pending or confirmed. Please cancel as early as possible so we can reassign the provider's time.
Service providers
Providers listed on UrbanFix are independent professionals or businesses, not employees of UrbanFix. We take reasonable steps to verify providers before they're listed, but you should raise any concerns about a completed job with us directly so we can look into it.
Account responsibility
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the details you provide when booking a service.
